At My Islam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your modest fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hijabs and under-caps must be returned with their original packaging seals intact.

Return Process

  Log into your My Islam account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free from makeup, perfume, or signs of wear.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location, or use your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
